World Vision for Christ

When the Lord blessed us with our very first church building in the Hackney area of London, He set in motion a series of circumstances that led to the opening of Paragon Christian Academy, our independent Christian day school for children aged between 4 – 18. Offering Christian parents an alternative education for their children.

It is one of the most important outreaches of the World Vision for Christ ministry. Parents are told to train up their children in the ways that they should go. In God’s programme, instructing the next generation in the ways of God is imperitive, unfortunately our secular schools are doing as much as they can to go against everything that is Godly and pure.

In September 1992 Paragon Christian Academy started with 7 children, from family who had a deep conviction that their children should have a Christian education. We now have over 50 students (there could be more, but space does not permit).

Students are taught in the 5 core subjects, senior students can move on to electives. There is also the opportunity for students to participate in the Annual Student Convention. This Convention involves students from Christian schools throughout the UK, all of Europe who are using the same curriculum as PCA. The events include music and singing, poetry, acting, story writing, sports, the list goes on. It is with joy that we can say students from PCA have excelled in the Student Convention over the many years.
