Are you searching for answers? Confused? Who wouldn’t be?
There is a solution. It starts with you. Because God so loved YOU – that He sent His only begotten Son (Jesus) for YOU. The touch of God in a person’s life is the thing that will make the difference. Communities, Neighbourhoods, Cities are changed by the actions of individuals.
Do you want to know more? Please join Dr. Albert Chambers at Paragon Chapel to hear how God is willing and able to make that difference, in people’s lives.
On Saturday 2nd July at 2pm, we will celebrate the graduation of this year’s students from our Christian day-school, Paragon Christian Academy.
We are drawing near to the end of this academic year, and we take this opportunity to send our graduating older students to further education with our prayers and blessings.
There will also be an awards ceremony for the other student achievements throughout the year, including the graduation of younger students into their next academic stage classes.
Please join us at Paragon Chapel at 2pm to enjoy this great event!
Our annual Watch Night Service on the 31st of December will begin at 9pm and will probably end well after 12.30am. It will be a time of thanksgiving as we look back over the year 2010, as we trace the Hand of the Lord in the past twelve months. He has indeed been very gracious, within our families and within church life.
the essence of a Watch Night is the passing over into the New Year. It is a very special time of rededication to the Lord Himself, and a recommitment to being part of the ministry of World Vision for Christ – a ministry committed to bringing the full Gospel before the hearts and minds of the present generation.
Hello all! Sister Ann here, I hope like us, you had a very happy Christmas time!
On Saturday 11th December, Paragon Christian Academy gave their Christmas Presentation at Paragon Chapel, Hackney. In spite of wintry conditions afoot, the church was packed with School Staff, church members and many parents and of course, the school children.
The children, from Pre-school up to Seniors, excelled themselves and the play “Papa Panov” was a huge success. Such occasions do much to foster good Parent/Teacher/Pupil relationships and the whole atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
The following Saturday, the 18th, was the date of our annual Church Christmas Dinner, for which there had been much planning and preparation, and the candlelit church hall was very festive indeed! that very morning we had a two hour snow storm, but in spite of those conditions, the tables were well filled with folk and the cooks has prepared a hot buffet meal which we all enjoyed. Once again it was an evening of good fellowship and a chance to meet folk in very relaxed surroundings.
